Our Unique Approach
The Boys & Girls Club of Kumeyaay Nation Wellness is the first Native Services Boys & Girls Club established in California! Located on the La Posta Reservation, we provide a welcoming space for Native youth ages 6-19 with enriching activities that foster academic success, healthy lifestyles, and youth empowerment. Through culturally grounded programs that reduce risk factors and build positive life skills, the club creates a supportive environment where youth can grow, thrive, and build a brighter future.

“My doctor is amazing and always takes the time to listen to me. The receptionists are all very friendly and they also have on-site pharmacy which is so convenient. I would absolutely recommend SIHC to anyone.”
Tamara Bradford
“The only clinic I have ever been to that I felt listened to and received the utmost care. Every staff member is always smiling and ready to either give you information or research it for you. You're not just another patient; you're their sole focus when they are with you.”
Sara Leo
“I have been coming to Southern Indian Health for over 25 years, and they make me feel like family! I enjoy seeing the people that work there. Very good service indeed!”
Glen Fischer
“As a registered Native American, I'm able to receive free medical at Southern Indian Health Council. Because of this I started to go there, but because of the service I keep on returning. As a patient, I have been going for over 20 years. I have seen them grow and keep the great customer service.”
Rebecca Brimer
“They are always so nice, and Noelia is great she always takes her time out of her busy schedule to help me. Thank you.”
Daniel Ludlow
“I have been going to SIHC for 6-7 years now. It has always been a smooth process dealing with SIHC. I am impressed with how quickly I am seen from the time of my appointment. Usually within minutes of when I show up. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is great as well.”
